Now the term tables is quite a basic term in statistics, it is just typically used as a means of neatly slaying out data collected. We've already established that once data is being collected it must be organised into groups before it can then be effectively analysed tables are the best way to do this. Once a table has been created with the frequency included and the total frequency included, we are then free to make decisions on what graph and chart would be the best means to visualise this data we've just written.
Typically tables one of two things a tally chart or a frequency table, however both have the exact same purpose and function. Tables are helpful because they can contain as many data columns all rows as necessary, it also allows children to look at raw data and make an assessment on how they wish to represent that once they choose what chart or graph, they want.
